Stush Studios Ltd Co (“Stush Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides interior design services rooted in intention, clarity, and care. The following Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and related disclosures govern your use of our website and your engagement with our studio.
By accessing our site, purchasing services, or working with Stush Studios, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Terms of Service
Scope of Services
Stush Studios provides interior design services, including but not limited to space planning, floor plans, renderings, moodboards, sourcing guidance, and styling direction.
Most services are design-forward and advisory in nature. We do not provide structural, electrical, mechanical, or architectural services. All drawings, plans, and renderings are conceptual and are not intended for construction or permit use unless reviewed and approved by a licensed professional retained by the client.
For "The Studio" package only, Stush Studios may provide construction management services and may engage vendors on behalf of the client. For all other services, clients contract directly with third-party vendors, trades, and suppliers.
Virtual Services & Measurements
For virtual services, all measurements are provided by the client. Stush Studios is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements, site conditions, or unverified dimensions.
Clients are responsible for confirming:
Accurate measurements
Product fit through doorways, stairwells, elevators, and passageways
Compatibility with existing conditions
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide timely and accurate information
Participate in the process as outlined
Respect the studio’s workflow, timelines, and communication structure
Delays caused by a client may impact timelines without penalty to Stush Studios.
Communication
Primary communication is conducted via email and/or the client portal. Phone calls and video calls are scheduled at the discretion of the designer. Direct messages and unscheduled communication channels are not monitored.
Revisions
Each service includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond what is included in the selected service are billed at an hourly rate. Revision scope and limits are outlined at the start of each engagement.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, renderings, and creative materials produced by Stush Studios remain the intellectual property of Stush Studios, LLC.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the designs for their intended purpose only. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written consent.
Termination
Stush Studios reserves the right to terminate an engagement if a client engages in abusive behavior, repeatedly disregards the agreed-upon process, or otherwise compromises the integrity of the working relationship. In such cases, fees for work completed remain due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Because design services are custom, time-based, and reserved upon booking, no refunds are issued for completed work, partial work, or unused time.
Payment structure:
Full payment is required upfront for design consultations and virtual services
In-person services require a 50% retainer, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery of final services
Clients may pause a project for up to six (6) months without penalty. Projects not resumed within that timeframe may require reassessment of scope.
Design Disclaimer
Interior design outcomes are influenced by many variables, including construction conditions, vendor performance, material availability, and client decisions. Stush Studios does not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the delivery of agreed-upon design services.
Clients acknowledge that:
Design recommendations are advisory
Final decisions rest with the client
Contractors and vendors are independently responsible for their work
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
Stush Studios respects your privacy. We may collect:
Names and email addresses
Physical addresses
Photos and videos of client spaces
Payment and billing information (processed securely via third-party providers)
How Information Is Used
Your information may be used to:
Deliver services
Communicate project updates
Send studio communications and marketing emails
Improve website performance and user experience
We use Brevo for email marketing and Google Analytics to understand website traffic and engagement.
Image Use
Client images may be shared on our website, social media, or marketing materials only with client permission.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers solely for operational purposes.

Force Majeure
Stush Studios is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
